General Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company Mandonnaud Samuel, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any person making a purchase via the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer". By validating their order, the Customer accepts without reservation the entirety of these GTC.

The products offered for sale include:

• In-stock products: Paintings, children's albums, coloring books, cards, magnets, calendars, notebooks, etc.
• Digital products: Downloadable PDF coloring pages.
• Pre-orders: Velvet illustrations and various illustrated products (water bottles, thermoses, blankets, etc.).
• Art reproductions: Printed and shipped by a supplier.

Each product is described with precision (photos, characteristics, deadlines). The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.

3. Orders 🛒

Any order is confirmed after payment validation.

• In-stock products are shipped within a few business days.
• Digital products are accessible immediately after payment validation.
• Pre-orders respect the announced deadlines: 2 to 3 weeks for velvet illustrations after the gauge validation and approximately 2 weeks for illustrated products.

4. Prices and Payment 💳

• Prices are expressed in euros, excluding tax (VAT).
• VAT not applicable: article 239D of the CGI.
• Delivery fees are indicated before order confirmation.
• Payment is made via the secure payment methods offered on the site.

5. Delivery 🚚

The available delivery methods include:

• Tracked letter for small orders.
• Colissimo.
• Mondial Relay for France and Belgium.
• “Book and brochure” rate for abroad (until June 2025).

Free shipping:

• From 50 € for France.
• From 75 € for the DOM-TOM and abroad (excluding fabric by the linear meter).

The indicated delivery times are estimates. The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of delay due to the carrier.

6. Withdrawal and Returns ↩️

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for:

• Digital products already downloaded.
• Personalized products or made to order (pre-orders).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

7. Warranties 🛡️

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a defective product, the Customer can request an exchange or a refund.

8. Personal Data 🔒

The collected personal data is used solely for the processing of orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law ⚖️

In case of a dispute, French law applies. Any claim can be addressed to the Seller by email. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Limoges.
